1. OBJECT
1.1. This document regulates the Terms and Conditions of use of the Website “WWW.THENORTHCLINIC.COM“, owned and managed by CONFIDENTSTYLE, LDA, based at Rua José Gomes Ferreira, No 292, 4510-441 Porto, Portugal, registered at the Commercial Registration Office with the identification number of a legal entity.

1.3. The Terms and Conditions presented here must be complied by CONFIDENTSTYLE, LDA, hereinafter referred to as NORTH CLINIC, as well as by the consumer, referred to as the USER.
2. ACCEPTANCE
2.1. Navigation on this WEBSITE, as well as the performance of any and all actions from it, corresponds to full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If the USER does not accept the Terms and Conditions, he should not proceed with navigation.
2.2. With the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the User declares that he is over 18 years of age and that he has the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
2.3. If NORTH CLINIC is aware that the USER has provided false information, when he declared, in accordance with the previous paragraph, that he is over 18 years of age and has the legal capacity to conclude contracts, he reserves the right to immediately terminate any contract concluded with that USER, without the latter being entitled to any compensation and having the NORTH CLINIC entitled.
2.4. NORTH CLINIC reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Therefore, you must read them before taking any action on the WEBSITE.
3. PRIVACY POLICY
3.1. The General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (“GDPR”) and Law No 58/2019 of 8 August ensure the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data within the European Union.
3.2. Simple navigation on the WEBSITE does not require any registration process. There are, however, specific areas where it is necessary for the USER to provide some personal data in order to take advantage of the service provided there, such as the contact form.

All NORTH CLINIC employees or duly authorized representatives for this purpose are covered by the obligation of confidentiality in relation to the data to which they have access in the context of the operations of their computer base, being duly informed of the importance of fulfilling this legal duty of secrecy and being responsible for fulfilling this obligation.

3.7. THE USER has the right to submit a complaint regarding the protection of personal data to the competent supervisory authority – National Data Protection Commission (CNPD) via www.cnpd.pt.

6. RIGHTS
6.1. All contracts concluded under these Terms and Conditions, that is, all actions taken by the USER on the “WWW.THENORTHCLINIC.COM” WEBSITE and its subpages, are subject to Portuguese law.
6.2. For any conflict or divergence of interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, the Porto District Court will have jurisdiction.
